Klätterapan AB is a growing, 20-strong tree care company in the Stockholm region, hiring climbing arborists who care about the craft. The work is varied — precision pruning, removals, sectional dismantling and technical rigging on urban sites where skill, safety and a feel for the tree matter. You'll join a tight crew with good equipment and plenty of variety in the day-to-day. Senior seats are open for climbers with the experience to lead work on site. Responsibilities
- Perform technical climbing, rigging and dismantling on urban tree work
- Carry out precision pruning and removals to a high standard
- Run sectional felling on sites where a straight drop isn't an option
- Work safely and communicate well within a close-knit crew
- Lead work on site as experience allows (senior roles available)
Requirements
- 3+ years of production climbing experience
- Recognised arborist qualification
- Full driving licence
- Strong work ethic and a team mindset
- ISA, ETW or TRAQ credentials and on-site job-leadership experience are a plus
- Open to international applicants — relocation and work-permit/immigration support provided
